Our Policy: No Returns, Except for Items Received Damaged
At OHMTRA, we take care to package and dispatch every order carefully. Because we deal in electronic components and precision parts, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or “no longer needed.” Please check product specifications, compatibility, and quantity carefully before ordering — our product pages include full technical specifications and datasheets to help you decide.
The only exception: items received in a damaged condition.
If your order arrives physically damaged, crushed, broken, or otherwise defective due to mishandling in transit, we will make it right through a replacement or refund, subject to the process below.
How to Report a Damaged Item
Do not discard the original packaging, box, or invoice.

Share your order number and clear photos/video of:
The damaged product
The outer shipping box and packaging material
The shipping label
